Our Story

Since 2014, the Plant Factory has been continuously striving to carry out agriculture in a fully controlled and enclosed environment, tackling problems such as pests, seasonal changes, and the complexities of long supply chains by establishing vertical farms in the city.
On an industrial scale, we have managed to deliver high-quality and sustainable products while using up to 95% less water and achieving up to 20 times higher productivity per square meter. We have also set new standards for traceability, from seed to your table.

Our Farms

  • PF001: Located in the Asian side of Istanbul, this center functions both as a production site and as the Plant Factory's research and development hub. This center produces about 5,000 units of products weekly and, in addition to leafy greens, also grows specialty items like strawberries and tomatoes.
  • PF-GTU: This research and development center is based at Gebze Technical University and focuses on producing functional food products with specific nutritional properties tailored to diverse needs and demands.
  • PF002-Istinye Park: This commercial branch of Plant Factory is located on level -4 of the Istinye Park Shopping Mall on the European side of Istanbul and has an annual production capacity of 900,000 units. More than 20 varieties of greens are grown here, delivering thousands of fresh products to customers daily.
