Nilper's operations began simultaneously with the emergence of personal computers in the market. The company, relying on the mold-making expertise of its founder and his future-oriented vision, set out on its journey. In 1994 (1373 in the Iranian calendar), Nilper entered the field of office chair production.
During a period of rapid growth, Nilper underwent several transformations. The company relocated its production site multiple times until it settled in its current location with an area of 40,000 square meters. Additionally, as activities expanded, traditional management methods no longer sufficed; therefore, Nilper made fundamental changes to its systems, introducing strategic and systematic management frameworks, and succeeded in obtaining the ISO 9001 standard.
Due to Nilper's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, and because some contractors could not meet the company’s required standards in production, Nilper decided to internalize a broad range of its activities. To this end, the latest machinery and technologies were acquired, and an advanced, fully equipped production line was established.
A Research and Development (R&D) unit was established by the company to closely connect with the marketing, sales, after-sales service, and sales engineering departments and to convey market feedback to the designers. This department also plays a key role in harmonizing factory production with market demands.
Today, after the dedication and commitment of Nilper's staff and management, the company stands at the forefront of its industry in the region. Nilper produces more than 100 diverse products across categories such as office chairs, children's chairs, restaurant, industrial, educational chairs, and home furniture.
Nilper also boasts a broad network with over 200 sales representatives nationwide, supported by its after-sales service department. In addition to these achievements, Nilper has its central office in Iran and has expanded its business to other countries, including Qatar, Oman, Syria, Russia, Iraq, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Canada, China, Algeria, and Afghanistan.
