The Fardad Residential Project is located in one of Tehran’s prominent neighborhoods, Ravampour Street in Jordan. This building was constructed over 22 months, consisting of two basement floors and five floors above the pilot level.
The project’s land has an area of about 26 square meters, and thanks to natural light entering from three sides, the interior spaces are designed to be bright and inviting. With a total built-up area of 1,520 square meters, the building includes 875 square meters of functional residential space.
Amenity features such as a sauna, jacuzzi, smart boiler room, and lobby have been included in the design to provide residents with a high-quality living experience.

Fardad Architectural Project and Floor Plan Design
The Fractal Construction Group drew from stair lines in the design of this building’s façade. These modern design elements not only bring a contemporary style to the exterior but also positively impact the interior lighting. The corner windows reduce visual mass and allow each unit to take advantage of natural light from two directions.
The main goal in the floor plan design was to separate the environment and reception areas, providing more comfort for residents. Additionally, the terrace next to the kitchen plays an important role in natural lighting and proper ventilation.
Materials Used for the Project’s Exterior
The exterior of this building combines travertine stone and brick. This intelligent mix creates a modern, luxurious appearance while also offering practical benefits like thermal and acoustic insulation. The brick, known as a durable and classic material, alongside the travertine bestows the project with a distinct visual identity.
