The Faradis Office Project is located on Baqerkhan Street in the heart of Tehran's Towhid district. This complex, which was designed and constructed over 26 months, consists of two basement levels and seven floors above the ground floor.

The project land covers 360 square meters and benefits from natural light on three sides. The total built-up area of the building is approximately 2,700 square meters, of which 1,800 square meters are dedicated to usable office space. The project's architectural style is modern, ensuring harmony with the surrounding urban architectural fabric.

Amenities provided in this building include a conference hall, prayer room, cold storage, smart mechanical room, and a separate lobby.

The residential project is located in the Jordan district, on Ravanpour Street, and is considered one of the landmark projects in northern Tehran.
