Construction of the Faradis Project
Based on the client's needs, the Fractal Construction Group was tasked with designing and executing a functional and well-equipped office building to support a company in the city center. Key factors in the project's design included selecting an appropriate location, easy accessibility, and sufficient parking space.

Layout Planning and Lighting Design
The building features a curved main facade, giving it a distinctive appearance. Natural lighting is a key element in designing workspaces, and in this project, clever use of large and numerous windows creates a bright and energetic environment.
The layouts are designed as open plans, providing flexibility for arranging various office departments with excellent features. In addition, the air conditioning system is designed according to the requirements of each floor to ensure optimal comfort.
Material Selection and Facade Design
In material selection, combinations such as glass, composite stone, travertine, and wood are used. The composite adds an industrial feel to the project, while the use of glass increases visual depth. Wood, combined with other materials, brings warmth and a sense of intimacy to the space.
