Senior Human Resources Development Specialist

Job Description and Duties

We, at the Human Resources team of Iran Novin Center, are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible team member with strong communication skills who can identify and address the daily needs of the HR team and organizational colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing the development needs of teams
• Identifying competency gaps
• Overseeing and fully implementing the performance evaluation system
• Organizing relevant training courses
• Assisting in the completion and review of job descriptions
• Creating innovative content for manager development

Technical Competencies:

• Familiarity with ISO 10015 standard
• Knowledge of various competencies and their development
• Understanding of KPIs related to development and learning
• Familiarity with job description writing principles
• Ability to implement the performance evaluation process
• Familiarity with preparing and developing the organizational chart
• Proficiency in training effectiveness methods
