Store Specifications

• Minimum Area: 80 square meters
• Minimum Store Width: 6 meters
• Minimum Ceiling Height: 3 meters
• Ownership Condition: Private property or lease of at least three years
• Location: 100% commercial, located on the main street
• Approval: Store location must be approved by the Tan Dorost expert.

Collaboration Terms

Deposit

• Guarantee: Property or bank guarantee equivalent to 1.5 times the value of the shipped goods
• Signage Rights
• Security Checks: Three checks, each equivalent to five times the monetary value of the shipped goods

Store Decoration

The store decoration is designed and implemented according to the standards of other Tan Dorost branches. The costs related to implementing the decor are the responsibility of the representative.

Representative’s Share

The representative's share is determined based on the standards defined by the Tan Dorost organization.

Store Expenses

All store setup and daily operation costs are the responsibility of the representative, including:

• Provision of gates, tags, and computer systems
• Personnel costs, insurance, and taxes
• Water, electricity, rent, and recruitment costs

However, services such as sales support, customer relations, and promotion design are provided by Tan Dorost.

Products and Distribution

• Products are produced daily and distributed among branches.
• All items are provided to the representative on a consignment basis.
• At the end of each season, goods can be returned to the company.
• Product selection and shipping are carried out at the discretion of regional managers.
