Saman Insurance Company

Saman Insurance Company was established on February 15, 2005 with the aim of providing comprehensive commercial insurance services in the fields of property, liability, and persons. This company was registered with an initial capital of 200 billion rials (equivalent to 200 million shares with a nominal value of one thousand rials each) under registration number 241059 in the Organization for Registration of Companies, and only two weeks later, on March 1, 2005, succeeded in obtaining the official license to operate from the Central Insurance of the Islamic Republic of Iran in life, non-life, and reinsurance branches. Saman Insurance started its activity as the sixth member of the Saman Financial Group.
