As part of its ongoing efforts to improve quality, in 2011, Mazinor was recognized by the Iranian National Standard Organization as the first lighting testing laboratory in compliance with the ISIRI 5920 (IEC 60598) standard. The company also received the Certified Partner Laboratory Accreditation from this organization.
The design unit, equipped with the most advanced drawing and analytical software, and by utilizing standards related to lighting equipment, along with expertise in industrial design and drafting, strives to increase product diversity in line with modern lighting technology in order to respond effectively to the diverse and growing needs of customers. Additionally, this unit is responsible for the design of all manufacturing facilities and equipment, including machinery, tools, and various molds for cutting, bending, and metal stretching, plastic injection, pressure casting, aluminum extrusion, plastic and rubber, glass, and more.
The molding unit, based on the designs received from the design department and utilizing the most advanced manufacturing equipment (milling machines, wire cutting, CNC centers, lathes, milling machines, NC sparks, magnetic grinders, and radial drills), manufactures various machines, tools, and all the mentioned molds. These products are then used in various sections such as die casting, plastic injection, metalworking, and extrusion after manufacturing.
In the die-casting unit (pressure die casting), the production of die-cast parts is carried out using modern equipment and die-casting machines of 160, 250, 400, 600, and 1000 tons. By using die-casting machines, aluminum cast parts with high strength and precision can be achieved.
Since part of the components of the lamps are plastic, Mazeynoor manufactures the necessary plastic parts in the plastic injection unit. This unit operates with the necessary expertise and the use of high-quality raw materials, as well as machines with different capacities, to ensure that plastic parts of suitable quality are used in the production of products.
The metalworking unit includes cutting, welding, roll forming machines, and multiple hydraulic press machines with different capacities. The capacity of the C-frame presses ranges from 5 to 50 tons, the capacity of the gantry presses ranges from 100 to 250 tons, and the capacity of the brake presses ranges from 60 to 100 tons. These machines are used for shaping various sheet metal parts, including iron, aluminum, stainless steel, and others.
The fully automated washing line, equipped with a spraying system and multi-stage chemical processes, prepares the metal surfaces of the lamps for painting. This process ensures cleanliness, degreasing, and protection of the components against corrosion, while maximizing paint adhesion.
The automatic electrostatic powder coating line is equipped with robots and digital controllers. With this system, the paint thickness becomes uniform on all surfaces of the parts. The relevant parts are then continuously fed into ovens with uniform temperatures, and the powder coating process takes place at the set time and temperature.
The assembly unit utilizes multiple lines and modern equipment to assemble various types of lights. Continuous supervision by quality control personnel throughout all production stages, including assembly, plays a crucial role in minimizing errors and mistakes.
With a specialized team and the use of advanced inspection and testing equipment, the MAZINOR Quality Control Unit reviews and evaluates all production processes according to internal standards. This unit ensures quality at every stage by carefully monitoring all incoming items, from semi-finished parts to final products (lights).
The Quality Control Unit uses Minitab software and modern tools to monitor the production process in real-time using the Statistical Process Control (SPC) method. These tools are used to record real-time inspection results, enabling the production team to quickly identify and correct any deviations from the standards.
In addition to monitoring the production process, this unit also carefully controls all chemicals used in production and items with chemical coatings through an advanced laboratory. This ensures product quality and compliance with specified standards.
