About Us

Igrek Foundry and Industrial Machinery

Igrek Foundry and Industrial Machinery was established in 1946 by A. Osman Igrek in Bursa. From the very beginning, this family business provided mold making, casting parts production, and machining services to the industry. With over 75 years of experience, Igrek Machine has today become a trusted partner in the heavy industries sector.

Continuous Growth and Development

Igrek Machine makes significant annual investments in its production lines. Since 2015, with the expansion of its production area and improvements in workflow logistics, the company has reached an important milestone. The production area increased to 30,000 square meters, and a modern building was constructed with Bauhaus architecture. The company is also preparing to celebrate its 80th anniversary.

The company's operations are supported by 11 engineers and 19 specialized technicians in production and quality departments, and 7 experts in management and planning. In total, 120 specialized employees work at Igrek Machine.

Igrek Machine offers a wide range of services in the field of heavy industries, including:

  • Automotive Metal Mold Manufacturing: 

    Styrofoam molds for automotive metal parts are produced using 3D CAD designs. These parts are made from gray cast iron, ductile iron, and cast steel.
  • Industrial Equipment Manufacturing:

    With its experience, the company provides extensive services to leading industrial equipment manufacturers.
  • Energy Equipment:

    Igrek Machine produces cast parts for energy systems—especially wind energy—using ductile iron.
  • Cement and Mining Industries:

    The company can deliver cast parts with diameters up to 5 meters, which are ready for use after appropriate heat treatment.
  • Aerospace, Shipbuilding, and Construction Industries:

    Igrek Machine manufactures special molds, vacuum and deep drawing molds, main components, boxes, and various technical parts for these industries.

History

  • 1946: Company established with the production of gray cast iron and bronze parts
  • 1950: Manufacture of a cutting machine by A. Osman Igrek
  • 1970: Entered into casting parts production
  • 2002: First participation in the GIFA International Foundry Trade Fair, Düsseldorf, Germany
  • 2015: New company logo designed using gear and cog symbols, combined with the company’s initials
  • 2016: Renovation of the new building in the OSB region
