Nilper Office and Home Furniture
Nilper’s journey began with the advent of personal computers in the market, leveraging its founder’s expertise in mold-making and his vision for the future. Nilper entered the field of office chair production in 1994 (1373 in the Iranian calendar).
During a period of rapid growth, Nilper underwent several transformations. The company moved its manufacturing site multiple times until relocating to its current 40,000-square-meter facility. As operations expanded, traditional management methods could no longer meet the company’s needs; therefore, Nilper made fundamental changes in its system by introducing strategic and systematic management, earning the ISO 9001 certification.
Due to Nilper’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, and the inability of some contractors to manufacture according to the company’s standards, Nilper decided to internalize a wide range of its activities. To this end, the latest machinery and technologies were acquired, and an advanced production line equipped with the latest technology was established.
The Research & Development (R&D) unit was created to maintain close collaboration with marketing, sales, after-sales service, and sales engineering departments, ensuring market feedback is relayed to designers. This unit also plays a key role in coordinating factory production with market demands.
Today, thanks to the efforts and commitment of Nilper employees and management, the company is at the forefront of its industry in the region. Nilper produces more than 100 diversified products in categories such as office chairs, children's chairs, restaurant, industrial, educational seating, and home furniture.
Nilper also boasts an extensive sales network with over 200 dealerships across the country, supported by its after-sales services department. In addition to its achievements, Nilper’s head office is based in Iran, and the company has expanded its business to countries such as Qatar, Oman, Syria, Russia, Iraq, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Canada, China, Algeria, and Afghanistan.
