Product Technical Description
Manufacturing Process: From Cutting to Distribution
The manufacturing process begins with cutting various sizes for each product using template presses and saws. These cut templates are then heated to roughly 1100 degrees Celsius in ovens. Once heated, the templates are ready for the forging process.
Forging and Initial Processing
To form the heated templates, hydraulic and drop hammer forging machines are employed. After the forging, sandblasting is used to clean the products of any superfluous burrs, preparing them for the next phase of production. CNC machines are utilized for precise machining of the product's mouths, ensuring accurate dimensions.
Finishing, Hardening, and Ergonomics
Once the machining process is completed, the products go through sanding and grinding for a smooth finish. They are then sent to the heat treatment department for hardening. This is critical to ensure accurate thickness measurements and overall product durability.
Except for general hardening, induction hardening is specifically applied to the cutting edges to enhance their strength and longevity. The ergonomic handle design is achieved by dipping it into liquid PVC for improved grip and user comfort.
Quality Control and Packaging
In the marking department, the products are added to the Izeltaş family, where they are marked on bumper marking benches for identification. Following this, each product undergoes thorough inspection and is individually approved by quality control. Finally, the approved products are carefully packaged in unique boxes and prepared for distribution
